Objective: 

The objective of the scheme is to financially empower BC, SC, ST and Minority women above 45 years and below 60 years by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards, by offering financial assistance of Rs.75,000/- over a period of 4 years  in four phases 



Validation of eligible criteria


 The beneficiary details will be validated with concerned department data through API and remarks will be generated and sent to WEA login.



CasteBC, SC, ST and Minority Communities Women
Age45 to 60
IdentityValid Aadhar Card
FamilySpouse, dependent children and other dependent members .
Total Family IncomeTotal family Income in Rural areas less than Rs.10,000/- in Urban areas less than Rs.12,000/- per month
Total family Land holdingThe family should be less than 3.00 Ac. of Wet (or) 10 Ac. of Dry land (or) 10 Acres of land both wet and dry put together
Government Employee/ PensionerNo family member should be a Government employee or Government pensioner. The families of Sanitary employees are exempted.
Four WheelerFamily should not own a four wheeler (Taxis, Tractors, Autos are exempted).
Income TaxNo family member should be an income tax payee.
Municipal propertyIn Municipal areas, a family who owns property less than 1000 sq. feet of built up area (Residential or commercial) is eligible.
ElectricityMonthly electricity consumption of a family dwelling units less than <300 units is eligible (Own/Rent)


Social Audit


After completion of validation of eligible criteria draft eligible and draft ineligible list will be generated by the system.

Draft lists will be displayed in Village/Ward  secretariats 

Welfare & Education Assistant/Ward Welfare & Development Secretary receive grievances and take up physical verification.

After completion of physical verification, upload the verification remarks in the WEA /WDS login.

After completion of social audit data will be submitted to MPDOs/Municipal Commissioners for further approval.


Role of MPDO/Municipal Commissioner


Scrutiny of application


  • Draft eligible & Draft ineligible list received from the Secretariat will be scrutinized by the  MPDO/Municipal Commissioners.  The MPDOs / Municipal Commissioners concerned will accept or reject the applications as per scheme guidelines and verification remarks 
  • Accepted applications will  forward to the concerned district level corporations.
  • Rejected applications endorsement will be generated and sent to concern Secretariats.


Role of the District Corporations

  • Executive Directors of BC, SC, ST and Minority Corporations at district level coordinate with Project Director, DRDAs and monitor the scheme implementation in the mandal /municipality level.
  •  Concerned corporations will receive accepted applications from MPDOs/Municipal Commissioners.
  • The concerned corporation will take the approval of the District Collector for further process of funds releases
  • The SC, ST, BC and Minority corporations will send budget proposal to the Government based on the reports of the SERP.
  • Release fund to the beneficiaries through CFMS 


Monitoring 


Reports will be provided for monitoring purpose at all levels.
